Terms of service

These terms apply when you use shop.clairethomas.art or purchase from Claire Thomas Prints. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published Privacy, Return and Refund, and Shipping policies.

Products

We aim to describe and display each photograph and print option accurately. Screen settings may affect color appearance. Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order for fraud prevention, pricing errors, product unavailability, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

You are responsible for providing complete billing, contact, and delivery information and for confirming the selected photograph, print type, size, frame, and quantity before checkout.

Production and cancellation

Prints are produced on demand. Production may begin soon after payment, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed. See our Return and Refund Policy for the applicable rules.

Prices, taxes, and import charges

Prices and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. For international deliveries, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees unless checkout states otherwise.

Shipping

Production and delivery dates are estimates. Carriers, customs, weather, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, branding, and other original content on this store and clairethomas.art are owned by Claire Thomas or used with permission. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction, resale, commercial display, or distribution rights.

Acceptable use

You may use the store only for lawful personal use. You must not interfere with store security or operation, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected content, or infringe intellectual property rights.

Third-party services

Shopify provides the commerce platform, and Gelato and delivery carriers provide production or fulfillment services. Their services may be subject to additional terms. Claire Thomas Prints remains your seller for purchases from this store.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claire Thomas Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and fulfillment providers may process order data as needed to operate the store, take payment, produce the order, and arrange delivery.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
