Returns and refunds

Each Claire Thomas print is produced to order. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect delivery address entered at checkout.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email cet.samoht@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Production can begin shortly after checkout. Contact cet.samoht@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel. We can cancel and refund an order only before production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions retain any mandatory cancellation or return rights that apply to their order.
